Synopsis
In a futuristic Japan, a system called Sibyl analyzes people's mental states to predict criminal behavior.
Inspectors use this system to maintain order, sometimes with deadly force.
They are assisted by Enforcers, former Inspectors with criminal tendencies who work under supervision.
A new Inspector, Akane Tsunemori, begins to question the infallibility of the Sibyl System as she encounters complex cases.
Working with Enforcer Shinya Kougami, Akane grapples with the nature of justice and the potential flaws within the system itself.
