Synopsis

Kazuma and his younger brother Ayumu move from the city to a rural inn due to Ayumu's health. Their journey starts with a series of comical mishaps, including a chance encounter with a girl named Ui that results in an accidental kiss.

Adjusting to country life, Kazuma enrolls in a new school and discovers that Ui and her friend Ibuki are his classmates. He also has to deal with the inn's eccentric landlady, Senka.

The anime focuses on Kazuma's experiences navigating his new environment, building relationships with the people around him, supporting his brother, and trying to understand a strange sense of familiarity he feels with the place and its inhabitants, hinting at a forgotten past.
