Synopsis
Flip Flappers follows Cocona, a seemingly ordinary middle school girl at a crossroads in her life. She's introduced to Papika, a whirlwind of energy, who pulls Cocona into a mysterious organization and a strange alternate dimension called Pure Illusion.
