Synopsis
Zettai Karen Children: The Unlimited - Hyoubu Kyousuke follows the story of Hyoubu Kyousuke, a powerful ESPer burdened by a past filled with betrayal. Now a fugitive, he dedicates his life to protecting other ESPers who are persecuted and abused by humans.
Hyoubu leads P.A.N.D.R.A., a group fiercely loyal to him, as they employ morally ambiguous methods to ensure the survival and freedom of their kind.
The anime explores his efforts to rescue ESPers and the lengths he's willing to go to in order to create a safe haven for them, all while remaining on the run.
