Synopsis
Youjo Shachou revolves around Najimu Mujina, a remarkably young five-year-old who happens to be the CEO of her own company.
While Najimu has the title, she relies heavily on her capable secretary, Yuki Karuizawa, to manage the day-to-day operations.
The series follows Najimu as she attempts to embody the role of CEO, often using nonsensical business terms and generally trying to contribute in her own childish way.
However, her innocent intentions often create more work and complications for her employees, particularly the dedicated Mayu Warito, and the rest of the team at Mujina Company.
