Synopsis
The anime X centers around a young man named Kamui Shirou, who returns to Tokyo after a long absence and finds himself at the heart of a looming apocalyptic conflict.
Two factions, the Dragons of Heaven and the Dragons of Earth, are locked in a battle to determine the fate of humanity and the planet. A powerful seer has foreseen this conflict and believes Kamui holds the key to which side will ultimately prevail.
Initially reluctant to embrace his destiny, Kamui struggles with the heavy burden placed upon him. He must choose whether to fight alongside the Dragons of Heaven to protect humanity or side with the Dragons of Earth and usher in a new era by allowing civilization to be destroyed.
His decision is further complicated by his deep ties to his childhood friends and the escalating conflict that threatens everything he holds dear, forcing him to confront his responsibilities and make a choice that will determine the future of the world.
