Synopsis
Tokyo Underground tells the story of Rumina Asagi and Ginnosuke Isuzu, two ordinary high school students living in Tokyo.
Their lives take an extraordinary turn when they encounter Chelsea Rorec, a user of gravity-based powers, and Ruri Sarasa, a special girl known as the Miko of Life.
This encounter thrusts Rumina and Ginnosuke into the hidden world beneath Tokyo, a place called Underground.
Underground is populated by Elemental Users, individuals with the ability to control different elements like fire, water, and lightning.
