Synopsis
Rinka Urushiba, a hardworking waitress in Tokyo, finds her ordinary life turned upside down when she starts seeing bizarre things like flying penguins and goldfish.
This leads her to discover she's become an esper, gaining the power to phase through objects, though with the peculiar side effect of turning her hair white when she uses her abilities.
Reluctantly embracing her new role, Rinka, now known as the "White Girl," teams up with a classmate, Kyoutarou Azuma, who also gained esper powers.
Together, they strive to protect the city from other espers who use their powers for malicious purposes, battling injustice and maintaining peace in Tokyo.
