Background#
Toaru Majutsu no Index: Gaiten Shoko was released to commemorate the 15th anniversary of Kazuma Kamachi’s debut. Toaru Kagaku no Railgun: Cold Game, the short light novel compiled in the second volume, was published on December 27, 2017, to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Toaru Majutsu no Index Gaiden: Toaru Kagaku no Railgun.
