Synopsis
Time Travel Tondekeman! follows the adventures of Hayato and Yumi, two modern-day teenagers who are accidentally flung into the distant past thanks to a talking kettle named Tondekeman.
Stranded in ancient Baghdad, they encounter characters from Arabian Nights like Aladdin and meet Prince Dandarn and Princess Shalala. They quickly become entangled in a plot involving the villainous Abdullah, who is constantly trying to kidnap Princess Shalala for his own nefarious purposes.
Hayato and Yumi find themselves chasing Abdullah through various time periods and locations, encountering historical and fictional figures along the way.
Their main goal is to retrieve Tondekeman, who has fallen into Abdullah's hands, as he is their only way back to their own time.
The series chronicles their struggles to protect the princess, outwit Abdullah, and ultimately find a way home.
