Synopsis
Tiger Mask tells the story of Naoto Date, a professional wrestler who returns to Japan after a successful but controversial career in America.
Known for his brutal tactics as a heel, Naoto undergoes a transformation after an encounter with a young boy from his childhood orphanage who idolizes his villainous persona.
Determined to become a positive role model, Naoto, now wrestling as Tiger Mask, dedicates himself to becoming a heroic figure and using his earnings to support the orphanage.
However, his past catches up with him in the form of Tiger's Den, a shadowy organization he once belonged to. This organization is dedicated to training ruthless wrestlers.
Tiger Mask's refusal to share his wealth with Tiger's Den makes him a target, and he must fight to protect himself and his newfound ideals against a constant stream of challengers sent to punish him.
