Synopsis
Kyousuke Date returns home to a shocking and tragic scene: his mother, fatally wounded, attacks him. After miraculously surviving, Kyousuke seeks answers about his mother's actions, but becomes entangled in a dangerous conflict between two powerful groups, the Hospital and the Kirihara Group.
He learns of a twin sister, Runa, whom he never knew existed. Both organizations are intensely interested in her, adding to Kyousuke's confusion and vulnerability. As the attacks intensify, Kyousuke discovers he possesses the ability to transform into the powerful and monstrous SoulTaker.
