Synopsis
In the underwater world of Mer, a previously peaceful kingdom named Bars unexpectedly launches a devastating war against its neighbors, Moslem and Agadia. The sudden rise to power of Bars remains a mystery.
Meanwhile, two young spiritual knights, Jo and Oz, who earn their living by hunting sea monsters, face prejudice from the Mer population who fear their abilities.
Circumstances will force Jo and Oz to confront the warmongering army of Bars and the dark forces that are manipulating it, though they never intended to become involved in such a conflict.
