Synopsis
Mitsuo, an ordinary boy, has his life turned upside down when he meets an alien from a peacekeeping federation. He's chosen to become a Perman, a superhero tasked with maintaining peace and helping those in need.
He receives a special suit granting him superpowers like enhanced strength and the ability to fly. He also gets a device to breathe underwater and communicate with other Permans.
The key to being a Perman is secrecy. To protect their identities, each Perman receives a robot double to cover for them, but this solution isn't without its flaws. Mitsuo and his new allies must balance their normal lives with their responsibilities as young superheroes.
