Synopsis
Meiji Gekken: 1874 follows Shizuma, a former samurai grappling with the aftermath of his domain's defeat. Now a rickshaw puller in Tokyo, he's driven by two goals: survival and finding his missing fiancée, Sumie.
His life takes a turn when he gets involved with the police, offering him resources to search for Sumie.
