Synopsis
The Demon Lord has kidnapped a human princess and imprisoned her in his castle, a place teeming with monsters meant to inspire fear.
However, Princess Syalis is less concerned with being a prisoner and more preoccupied with getting a good night's sleep, something she's been deprived of since her abduction.
The anime follows her quest to find the perfect sleeping environment within the Demon Lord's castle, utilizing whatever resources (and monster parts) she can find, often to hilarious and chaotic effect.
Essentially, it's a comedy about a princess who just wants to sleep, and is willing to go to any lengths to achieve that goal, even if it means inconveniencing or even terrifying the demons holding her captive.
