Synopsis
In a near-future Japan, the government is cracking down on otaku culture, leading to the persecution and suppression of those who identify as such.
One man, known as Otaku Hero, refuses to let this happen and forms a resistance movement to protect otaku culture.
Three years into the struggle, with hope dwindling, Otaku Hero and a magical girl named Anarchy embark on a mission to reunite Anarchy with two other magical girls.
