Synopsis
Kyokou Suiri (also known as In/Spectre) is set in a world where spirits called youkai coexist with humans, though their presence is largely unseen.
Kotoko Iwanaga, who acts as a mediator and "God of Wisdom" for the youkai, spends her time resolving supernatural disputes.
She becomes interested in Kurou Sakuragawa, a seemingly ordinary university student with a mysterious past, and enlists his help in her duties.
Together, Kotoko and Kurou investigate a strange case involving a vengeful spirit—a faceless woman wielding steel beams—which threatens the balance between the human and youkai worlds, leading them down a path that is unexpectedly personal.
