Synopsis
Inu to Hasami wa Tsukaiyou tells the bizarre story of Kazuhito, a book-obsessed high schooler and fervent admirer of the enigmatic author Natsuno Kirihime.
Tragedy strikes when he attempts to save Kirihime from a violent attack, resulting in his untimely death.
However, death isn't the end for Kazuhito! He's reborn as... a dachshund.
Struggling with his new canine existence and the deprivation of his beloved books, he encounters a mysterious, scissor-wielding woman with a decidedly sadistic streak.
This woman turns out to be none other than Natsuno Kirihime herself, who offers him an unusual form of assistance.
The anime follows their strange relationship as Kazuhito navigates his life as a dog under Kirihime's care, hinting at a larger, nonsensical mystery lurking beneath the surface.
