Synopsis
ACROSS, a shadowy organization led by the mysterious Il Palazzo, aims to conquer the world, starting with the city of Fukuoka.
Excel and her often-ailing partner Hyatt are the dedicated, though incredibly inept, agents tasked with carrying out Il Palazzo's grand scheme.
Their attempts are constantly thwarted, not by some superpowered heroes, but by the relatively normal members of the City Security force.
The series follows Excel and Hyatt's hilariously disastrous missions, showcasing their frequent failures and the chaos that ensues as they try, and spectacularly fail, to take over Fukuoka.
Despite their unwavering loyalty to Il Palazzo, their incompetence always manages to derail their plans, leading to a whirlwind of destruction and comedic mishaps.
