Synopsis
Gekai Elise tells the story of a woman named Elise, who lived a previous life as a villainous noblewoman. Her actions in that life had terrible consequences for everyone around her, including her family and herself.
After being reborn as a brilliant surgeon, she dedicated herself to saving lives as atonement for her past. However, tragedy strikes again, cutting her new life short.
Miraculously, Elise is given a second chance to rewrite her past by returning to her original body as the noblewoman. Equipped with both the memories of her past mistakes and the advanced medical knowledge from her surgeon life, she is determined to make amends and pursue her passion for healing.
She makes a deal with the Emperor: proving her worth as a healer, and diverting from her previously destructive path. Elise has a limited time to show everyone, and especially herself, that she has truly changed and can use her unique skills to help those in need.
