Synopsis
Ganbare Douki-chan is a workplace romantic comedy centered on Douki-chan, an earnest office lady.
She's determined to win the heart of her coworker, Douki-kun.
However, her romantic pursuits are consistently challenged by two other women in the office: Kouhai-chan, a junior colleague, and Senpai-san, a senior colleague.
Each of these women are also vying for Douki-kun's affections, creating a love triangle with plenty of comedic obstacles.
