Synopsis
Fuujin Monogatari centers around Nao, a middle schooler obsessed with photographing the sky. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she discovers a cat with the ability to control the wind.
This discovery leads her and her best friend, Miki, down a path involving their teacher, Mr. Taiki, a girl with a crush on him, and a boy named Jun who helps them search for the wind-controlling cat. They are also connected to Yukio, the widow of Mr. Taiki's deceased brother.
Their adventure is set against the backdrop of a mysterious town inhabited by "Wind Handlers" just outside the city, where a Wind Festival is about to begin. Nao and her friends will find themselves involved in a mystery linked to this town and the strange abilities of the cat.
