Synopsis
Bocchi the Rock! is the story of Hitori "Bocchi" Gotou, a shy and anxious girl who dreams of being in a band.
She spends her time honing her guitar skills in solitude, hoping it will lead to friendship and live performances.
An unexpected opportunity arises when she encounters Nijika Ijichi, a drummer who needs a guitarist for her band, Kessoku Band.
Bocchi joins the band, meeting the cool bassist Ryou Yamada and eventually the energetic guitarist Ikuyo Kita.
The anime follows Bocchi and her bandmates as they navigate the challenges of being in a band, improve their musical skills, and enjoy their high school years together, all while dealing with Bocchi's social anxieties.
