Synopsis
Blue Reflection Ray centers around Ruka Hanari, a shy transfer student who struggles to connect with others.
She unexpectedly becomes involved with a world where emotions manifest as Fragments, and certain individuals, known as Reflectors, can use special rings to interact with and influence these Fragments.
Ruka and a new acquaintance, Hiori Hirahara, both discover they possess blue rings, marking them as protectors who preserve Fragments and prevent people from succumbing to despair.
They must learn to control their powers and work together to combat red-ringed Reflectors, who have a contrasting purpose: to steal Fragments and suppress negative emotions, potentially causing harm in the process.
