Synopsis
Ben-To centers around You Satou, a high school student who discovers the intense, almost gladiatorial battles that erupt in supermarkets when discounted bento boxes go on sale.
These battles are fought by "Wolves" and "Dogs," skilled fighters vying for the cheap meals.
After accidentally getting caught up in the chaos, Satou decides he wants to learn to fight and participate in these bento battles.
He's then taken under the wing of Sen Yarizui, a seasoned "Wolf," who introduces him and Hana Oshiroi to the Half-Priced Food Lovers Club to teach them the ropes and the true meaning behind fighting for half-priced food.
