Synopsis
Chizuko Date, a girl used to moving around, finds herself captivated by a local magical girl, Berry Blossom. Berry Blossom fights Chroma, a member of the evil organization Fossa Magna. Chizuko becomes a devoted fan, but Berry Blossom's battles become increasingly lackluster due to Chroma's failings.
Chizuko encounters Chroma and criticizes his performance. Facing pressure from his organization and struggling with constant defeats, Chroma makes a desperate plea to Chizuko.
He asks her to become his second-in-command, hoping she can help him become a more effective villain. Chizuko is then faced with a dilemma: help the villain she criticizes and potentially revive the magical girl she adores, or remain loyal to the hero.
