Synopsis
In a futuristic Tokyo recovering from disaster, a special police unit known as Unit Eight tackles crimes committed using advanced wearable technology called Willwear.
They themselves are equipped with Willwear but are often seen as reckless and unprofessional by the public.
A new member, Asami Kazari, joins Unit Eight as an undercover agent tasked with reforming the team.
However, she discovers that Unit Eight, while unorthodox, is highly effective in their own way, facing challenges from both criminals and bureaucratic restrictions.
The anime follows Unit Eight's battles against Willwear-related crime and their struggle to operate within the constraints of the system.
